 Why does sport make you fit and healthy

Firstly , There are plenty of reasons why you should become involved in sport(Accordingly to the Health and fitness benefits of sport)

Secondly It can reduce body fat , bone strengthening , improve stamina and flexibility. Those are some of the reasons you should do sport.

Thirdly , You must do sport , or you’ll not be fit or healthy.

I also like that you have used topic sentences. To make your arguments even more convincing, try to grow your ideas by giving examples. In your last paragraph, you can explain how not doing sports can lead to greater risk of heart diseases. Also, remember to include an introduction and a conclusion. I can see that you are very passionate about sports. What is your favourite sport?
